Menuquavix designs and builds websites for restaurants, cafés, bars and multi-location food brands in the United States. We quote after a short call, plan for six to nine weeks for a single-location site, build HTML menus your team can edit, connect your booking and ordering tools, and design to WCAG 2.2 level AA.
About working with us
What does Menuquavix do?
We design and build websites for restaurants, cafés, bars and food brands in the United States, including new sites, redesigns, menu pages, booking and ordering setups and location pages.
Do you work outside the United States?
Our guides focus on US rules, so we take on projects for US food businesses.
Who will I work with?
You work with one point of contact. Email is our main channel so decisions are written down, and calls are arranged when they help.
Do you offer marketing or social media management?
No. We build websites. We do not run ads, manage social accounts or sell monthly ranking campaigns.
Cost and timeline
How much does a restaurant website cost?
We quote each project after a discovery call. Our cost guide lists published US ranges, and our pricing page explains how we quote.
How long does a project take?
We plan for six to nine weeks for a single-location site. Larger groups and complex ordering setups take longer, and the quote states the timeline.
How are payments staged?
Usually in three parts: at the start, when the design is approved and at launch. The quote states the exact amounts.
Menus
Can I update the menu myself?
Yes. We set up menus so your team can change dishes, prices and specials without a designer.
Should our menu be a PDF?
We recommend HTML menus with a print view instead. Our HTML versus PDF guide explains why.
Do you handle allergen and calorie notices?
We place the notices you need on your menus. Which rules apply depends on your state and, for calorie labeling, on whether you are part of a chain of 20 or more locations under the same name offering substantially the same menu items. Our allergen guide and service fees guide cover the background, including California's rule that a mandatory fee's purpose be explained wherever prices are shown.
Booking and ordering
Which reservation platforms do you work with?
We connect the platform you already use or help you compare options. We do not resell software or take referral fees.
Can you build an online ordering system?
We connect established ordering systems rather than writing payment software, so card handling stays with providers built for it.
Should we use our own ordering or delivery apps?
That depends on your volume, staff and costs. Our ordering guide sets out the trade-offs.
Accessibility and search
Will the website be accessible?
We design and test to WCAG 2.2 level AA, including text menus, alt text, contrast, keyboard access and labeled forms.
Do you guarantee search rankings?
No. Nobody can honestly guarantee rankings. We build clear structure, HTML menus, structured data and location details that match your Google profile.
Will the site match our Google Business Profile?
Yes. We check that name, address, phone, hours and menu links agree, and show you how to keep them in step.
Ownership and after launch
Who owns the website?
You do. The domain, the content and the site files are yours, and you receive every login at handover.
What happens after launch?
We check the site at two weeks and six weeks after launch, and you receive a handover guide. Ongoing help is optional.
What do you need from me to start?
Your menus, hours, a few photos and an idea of what guests should do online. The planner gathers the rest.
