Our guides are written and reviewed by our editor, Chloe Adams (a pen name). We rely on primary sources wherever possible, label secondary and commercial sources, copy quotes word for word, date our source checks and correct errors promptly. The owner of Menuquavix has commercial interests in web design services, and no third party pays for mentions.
Who writes the guides
Every guide and service page on Menuquavix is written or reviewed by our editor, who publishes under the name Chloe Adams. The editor is not an attorney, and nothing on this site is legal advice.
Sources
We start from the documents that set the rules: federal regulations, agency guidance, court records, state attorney general pages and the help centers of platforms such as Google. Each guide lists its sources at the end, with a label for each one:
- Primary source: the agency, court, legislature or platform that publishes the rule or document.
- Secondary source: a law firm summary, trade publication or other organization reporting on a primary source.
- Commercial publisher: a business that publishes figures such as price ranges and may have its own interests.
When a fact comes only from a secondary source, we say so in the text. When a document is a draft, we say that too.
Quotes and figures
Quotes are copied word for word from the source. Figures, dates and amounts are taken directly from the cited page and checked again before publication. We do not round or combine figures from different sources into a single number.
What we do not publish
- Invented statistics, case studies, reviews or testimonials.
- Claims about results we cannot support.
- Design examples presented as client work. The concepts on this site are labeled as illustrative and fictional.
- Advice to break platform rules or the law.
Review and dates
Every guide carries two dates: when it was last revised and when its sources were last opened and compared. We review a guide when a rule it covers changes and at least once a year. This site's pages were last reviewed on October 29, 2026.
Corrections
If you find an error, email hello@menuquavix.site with the page address and the correction. We review correction requests within five business days. Significant corrections are noted at the end of the affected page with the date.
Commercial interests
The owner of Menuquavix has commercial interests in web design services, and our service pages describe work we sell. Guides aim to be useful whether or not you hire us. We do not accept payment, referral fees or free products from software providers in exchange for mentions, and when we name a platform it is because it is relevant to the topic.
Use of AI tools
Software, AI tools included, may help us gather material or check drafts. Nothing goes live until the editor has read it and matched each fact to the source it cites.
