We do not publish fixed packages. After a short discovery call, we send a written quote that lists every page, menu, integration and deliverable, the timeline, the payment stages and what happens after launch. For published US market ranges, see our restaurant website cost guide.
Why we quote instead of listing packages
Two restaurant websites that look similar can take very different amounts of work. One might have a single menu and no online booking. Another might have five menus that change seasonally, three locations and a private dining program. A fixed package would either overcharge the first or underserve the second. A short call lets us understand your restaurant and price the work honestly.
What we ask on the discovery call
- What kind of restaurant you run, and how many locations.
- Which menus you have, and how often they change.
- Whether guests book, order, or both, and which tools you use.
- Who will write the copy and whether you have recent photos.
- Whether you have a logo and colors, or need help with them.
- Who on your team will update the site after launch.
- Any deadlines, such as an opening date or a season.
If you prefer to answer these in writing first, the planner produces a brief that covers them.
What the written quote covers
| Section of the quote | What it says |
|---|---|
| Scope | Every page, menu and location in the project, listed by name |
| Integrations | The booking, ordering, gift card and email tools we will connect and test |
| Content | Who writes what, how many rounds of edits are included, and what we need from you |
| Design | How many design directions you will see and how many revision rounds are included |
| Standards | Accessibility (WCAG 2.2 level AA) and speed (Core Web Vitals) targets |
| Timeline | The stages and the dates we plan for, from discovery to launch |
| Payments | The amount due at each stage |
| After launch | The checks we run, the handover materials and any optional care plan |
| Ownership | Confirmation that you own the domain, the content and the site files |
What changes the price
These are the factors that move a quote up or down:
- Number of menus and locations. Each service menu and each real location adds structure and testing.
- Booking and ordering setup. Connecting existing tools is included in our quotes; complex setups across several locations take longer.
- Copywriting. Writing every page from scratch takes more time than editing your drafts.
- Brand work. Creating a new visual identity costs more than extending one you already have.
- Editing tools. A content system your team can use adds setup and training.
- Extra pages. Private dining, catering, careers, gift cards and events pages each add work.
How payments are staged
We split a project into three payments: one at the start, one when the design is approved and one at launch. The quote states the exact amounts and dates. You are never asked to pay for a stage before the previous one is done.
After launch
Every project includes checks at two weeks and at six weeks after launch, a short handover guide for editing menus and hours, and a list of every tool connected to the site. Optional ongoing care, such as monthly menu updates or seasonal changes, can be added at any point and is quoted separately.
What is not included
We do not include photography, paid advertising, social media management or legal review in our quotes. If you need any of these, we can tell you what to ask a specialist.
A note on comparing quotes
When you compare our quote with others, check that they cover the same things: pages, menus, integrations, writing, accessibility and speed targets, post-launch checks and ownership. Our cost guide includes a checklist for reading a quote.
